Key Commitment: Your personal information will strictly be used to administer this competition and contact the prize winner. It will never be sold or used for unsolicited marketing purposes.

1. Information We Collect

When you participate in a CMS GameDay competition, we collect:

  • Your full name and email address.
  • Your responses to game day quizzes and crowd poll selections.
  • Optional fan photographs or selfies taken at today's match.
  • Timestamp of competition entry and terms acceptance.

2. Photo Storage & Privacy

Uploaded fan photos are stored privately on encrypted disk storage with irreversible hashed filenames. Photo URLs are never made public or guessable on the web. Only authenticated event administrators may view and verify submissions to select prize winners or display crowd cam highlights with explicit permissions.

3. Data Retention & Security

Attendee data is retained only for the duration required to complete the promotional draw, audit winner selection, and resolve any disputes. All communication is transmitted over secure TLS encryption.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your attendee record or submitted photo at any time by contacting privacy@cmsaustralasia.com.
