By submitting an entry into the CMS Australasia Game Day Photo Competition, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
To enter the competition, participants must:
Only entries that include both a submitted photograph and a correct answer to the competition question will be eligible for the prize draw.
There is no cost to enter the competition.
Entries close at the completion of the 4th quarter of the current game day that the CMS Australasia Game Day Photo Competition has been promoted.
Each participant is permitted to submit one (1) entry per game day. Multiple submissions by the same participant on the same game day will not be accepted and only the first eligible submission received will be considered for the prize draw. Any subsequent submissions from the same participant may be deemed invalid and excluded from the competition.
Entries received after the competition closing time will not be eligible for the prize draw.
One eligible entrant will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the competition closing time.
The prize is one (1) $100 fuel voucher.
The random draw will only include entrants who have:
The winner will be selected following the competition closing time.
The prize will be distributed digitally to the email address provided by the winner when submitting their entry.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is accurate and accessible.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within a reasonable period, or the prize cannot be delivered to the email address provided, the organiser reserves the right to select another eligible entrant at random.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
By submitting a photograph, the participant gives CMS Australasia permission to display their submitted photograph on venue screens as part of the Game Day Photo Competition and associated game day activation.
The photograph may be displayed during the relevant game day, including as part of the announcement or presentation of the game day winner.
Participants confirm that:
The organiser reserves the right to reject or remove any photograph that it considers inappropriate or unsuitable for display.
Submission of a photograph does not guarantee that the photograph will be displayed on the venue screen.
The personal information collected through the competition, including the participant's name, email address and submitted photograph, will be used only for the purposes of administering the competition.

Personal information collected through this competition will not be used for marketing purposes or added to any marketing database without the participant's separate consent.
Personal information may be accessed by the organiser and relevant event service providers where reasonably necessary to administer and deliver the competition and associated activation.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with CMS Australasia's Privacy Policy, available HERE.
The organiser reserves the right to review, reject or remove any entry or photograph that:
The organiser's decision regarding eligibility and the suitability of submitted content is final, subject to applicable law.
The competition is open to eligible attendees at the relevant game day.
Participants must provide accurate information when entering the competition.
Participants must be over the age of 18 to participate and submit their photograph.
Participants may request that their submitted photograph be removed from future venue screen displays by contacting cmsgameday@cmsaustralasia.com.
Where reasonably practicable, the organiser will remove the photograph from future displays following receipt of the request. Removal may not be possible where the photograph has already been displayed or incorporated into event materials.
By submitting an entry, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the collection and use of their personal information and the display of their submitted photograph as described above
